A-Reece is suspected to have given fellow rappers sleepless nights when he teased the release of Paradise 2. The reason to this is because after his teaser, Nasty C shared release month for ZMWSP. Cassper went on a vent addressing those who were planning to drop around his time.

“Just watch. Niggas will do anything for a lil clout. Especially the ones that don’t have any. The most important thing doe, is that #AMN is gonna be unfuckwithable!!!! This album is amazing!!! I am very very very proud!!! Cant wait for September 11!!!!” Cassper.

In response to the competition and vague tweets, Nasty C wrote that “I know some niggas are nervous as hell en.”

Nicki Minaj and Cardi B haven't been in good standings ever since the "Bodak Yellow" rapper skyrocketed to fame. Nicki remains the current reigning Queen of hip-hop, even if Cardi has a Grammy to her name. However, it's impossible to acknowledge the doors Nicki broke down for the generation of women that followed.

Following the release of her new collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B chopped it up with Beats1 where she seemingly gave Nicki her flowers, though she didn't mention names. She acknowledged that there was a gap where no women were dominating rap from when she was a child up until a teenager.

"When I was 6, 7, 8, there was a lot of female rappers and then there was a time when there was no female rappers at all,” she said. "I had to keep replaying songs from the early 2000s. Like, I had to keep replaying it, replaying it, replaying it because for a while there wasn’t no female rappers. And then, there was one female rapper that dominated for a very long time and she did pretty good and still dominating."

Though we're in an era where there are many prominent women in rap, Cardi acknowledged that the industry is volatile and there could be a "drought" in the future. Nonetheless, Mulatto, who was also looped into the interview, predicted that we'll be seeing more women in rap in the years to come.

Sjava And Ruff Launch South Africa’s Newest Record Label, 1020 Cartel. Multi-talented musician and songwriter Jabulani Sjava Makhubo has paired up with decorated producer and engineer Mfanafuthi Ruff Nkosi to launch South Africa’s newest record label 1020 Cartel.

The label is expected to drop its first project iSambulo by Ruff and Sjava on the 28th of August 2020. The pair teames up with Mithando Migogo of Sosela Legal & Advisory to establish 1020 Managaments, the operation and strategy arm of the 1020 group.

Sjava says on the launch : ” Ruff and I are really excited about launching this label because at the core, we’re activating a movement which promotes excellence in arts, collaboration and creating value for everyone involved. I have so much on the four artists we currently working with. They are so talented and have so much to offer.”

In addition, Ruff said : “It has been an inspiring experience putting together the unique talent of each artist on this one project. ISambulo draws from different genres “African Trap, Hip Hop, Soul, Poetry, Maskandi and Classical. The sounds are perfectly blended and the end result is smooth and clean.

One more remaining rapper at Ambitiouz Entertainment Kid Tini gave fans a curious answer after dropping a catchy line. The Cinga rapper simply quoted “I keep a revolver with yo name, just in case. “

A tweep asked if it was A-reece he had on the supposed revolver. Tini and Reece have a history of beefing but later proved they have squashed beef. Speaking about the feud, Reece said : “Kid Tini has always been chasing this thing of trying to be my adversary.”

Tini once last year that: “Last time I saw that man, he wasn’t to happy to see me, but I’m cool, I’ve moved on so long ago. I feel it’s such old news. I got respect for the man like I said before…” Kid Tini said.

Reason Reveals Why He Hasn’t Collaborated With A-Reece Yet. It can now be declared a fact that A-Reece isn’t an easy man to find and keep around at least long enough for a collaboration.

A number of rappers have tried to get with Reece for features included in that list is Cassper, Stogie T and now Reason. Seeing how the Selfish rapper and Reason have pen games and lyric delivery that is out of this world, fans questioned why that hasn’t be made reality yet.

The father of four simply replied that he tried getting a feature with but like the rest he couldn’t reach him. The Paradise rapper was invited at Sway In The Morning last year, after numerous attempts Sway only poked toward to seeing him at the Castle Lite Unlocks.

“I wanna say Calloway to invite South African MCs to come on Sway in the Morning, who’s gon be the first? A-Reece! A-Reece man hit me back man, I need a number on you, let’s make that happen,” Sway said.

The 23 year-old ended up giving Sway freestyle in his Castle Lite Unlocks show. Currently Reece is working on Paradise 2 album, no release date announced yet.
